1 Recent Outlet & Central Kitchen Expansion (Pre-Opening)

- Research, evaluate, and shortlist locations for New outlet & Central kitchen

(Final approval with Owner)
- Conduct basic feasibility analysis : Footfall, Rent vs revenue potential
- Handle complete restaurant setup, including - Interior execution, Contractor coordination, Equipment research finalisation & installation, MEP (Electrical, plumbing, gas, exhaust, HVAC & Ensure on-time, on-budget launch

2 Daily Restaurant Operations (Post Setup)

- Manage day-to-day operations of all outlets
- Ensure SOP compliance across : Kitchen, Service, Hygiene, Cash handling etc.
- Resolve operational issues without escalating to Owner
- Ensure peak-hour execution (6–10 PM) is flawless

3 People Management (Critical)

- Hire outlet-level staff (within approved manpower plan)
- Train staff on SOPs, quality, hygiene, and service
- Prepare duty rosters & backup staffing
- Enforce discipline, attendance, and productivity

4 Central Kitchen Operations

- Coordinate CK production & dispatch
- Maintain: Consistency, Yield, Wastage control
- Implement SOPs for: Production,



Storage, Dispatch
- Continuous improvement based on outlet feedback

5 Quality, Hygiene & Customer Experience

- Maintain non-negotiable quality standards
- Ensure hygiene & food safety compliance
- Conduct routine audits (kitchen, storage, service)
- Handle customer complaints professionally and close the loop

6 Inventory, Vendors & Cost Control

- Manage inventory planning & replenishment
- Coordinate with approved vendors only
- Prevent stock-outs during peak hours
- Monitor: Food cost %, Wastage %, Staff cost %
- Escalate systemic or repeat issues

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
