Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and workflow management

- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff; conduct performance reviews

- Ensure exceptional customer service; resolve complaints professionally and promptly

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and food safety compliance

- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and control waste

- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals through effective business strategies

- Prepare and manage store budgets, track revenue/expenses, and submit performance reports

- Implement marketing promotions and local community engagement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations





- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and service-related concerns.

- Take necessary action to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the complete store team.

- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper manpower deployment.

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
