Spektrum Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented and result-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver an excellent dining experience to our guests.

? Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Ensure smooth and productive restaurant opening, service and closing operations.
- Lead, train, schedule and motivate the F&B; service team.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, food presentation and hospitality.
- Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place and service standards.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounts and Stores.
- Monitor restaurant sales, daily covers, average spend and revenue performance.
- Drive upselling, suggestive selling and repeat business.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control and presentation in coordination with the Kitchen team.
- Ensure proper billing, POS operations, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels, par stock, wastage and breakage in coordination with Stores and Kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
- Control operational costs and minimize food, beverage and service wastage.
- Prepare daily operational reports and provide feedback to management.
- Plan and execute restaurant promotions,



special menus and guest engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth service for hotel guests, walk-in guests, group bookings and events.
- Conduct regular restaurant inspections and ensure all areas are maintained to hotel standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, fire & safety procedures and statutory requirements.

? Candidate Profile✔️ Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related field.

✔️ 3–6 years of experience in F&B; / Restaurant Operations, with supervisory or managerial experience.

✔️ Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.

✔️ Good understanding of POS, billing, inventory and basic F&B; cost control.

✔️ Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.

✔️ Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving abilities.

✔️ Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and grooming standards.

✔️ Ability to manage busy operations and work under pressure.

✔️ Flexible to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.
