We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Captain who can lead the service team and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Position: Restaurant Captain

Location: Agra

Experience: 2–5 Years in Restaurant/F&B; Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and guide the service team
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen & service staff
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness & hygiene
- Manage table allocation and guest flow
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
