Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

The General

Manager ensures excellent guest experiences through responsive customer service, effective handling of feedback, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include managing financial performance, monitoring sales and costs,



implementing promotional activities, and driving profitability. The role also involves leading and mentoring the team, conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, and collaborating with senior management on operational and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong financial and operational skills, including P&L; Management and Budgeting.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with proven Customer Service experience.
- Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and developing restaurant or retail teams.
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or similar leadership role in F&B; or QSR.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
