Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to embed ethical principles into AI development and deployment processes.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of responsible AI goals.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions that incorporate fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align AI projects with organizational values and external standards.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
