Roles & Responsibility: -

- Able to lead, assess, develop, and coach a technical team and provide technical input to resolve operational facility related problems.
- Ensure 100% availability of all critical infrastructure systems within the technical facilities and undertake strategic planning for required shutdowns and maintenance
- Assist in the design and operational strategies for the facility
- Manage all aspects of CCTV, Access control capacity planning, System deployment and decommissioning activities.
- Thorough knowledge of critical infrastructure components that include, but are not restricted to, CCTV, Access control, and other security systems.
- Maintaining the asset inventory and management of spare equipment in liaison with the respective groups in it and facilities where required.
- Plan organization-wide activities (setting objectives, developing strategies, budgeting, developing policies and procedures, and organizing the functions necessary to accomplish the activities)




- Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
- Track and analyze trends in incident, request and change requests and generate statistical reports for management, maintaining a product catalog.
- Coordinating with the vendor for hardware
- Coordinating with the Application team for adding / removing devices from PAM.

Preferred Qualifications Preferably any Engineering or Diploma graduate

Location - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune (It is a resident engineer role at one of our client site).
