We are looking for the following position for our Durability team, part of the Engineering Design & Simulation (EDS) Laboratory

Project Specific Research Engineer – Durability Analyst (02 – ARAI Contract)

Location – ARAI Kothrud The candidate should have completed Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from reputed University with minimum First Class

Work Experience: Min. 3-6 years of overall experience in durability domain.

Description of Duties:

- Working experience in durability domain handling automotive assemblies, full vehicle with good hands on fatigue analysis experience using ncode and FEMFATT
- Understanding the requirement,



execution and report preparation.

Required Skills:

- Competency in building complete vehicle model, meshing, boundary condition application, and load case setup.
- Perform static, dynamic, and fatigue analysis using FEA tools (e.g., HyperMesh, Optistruct, Nastran, Abaqus, Design life/FEMFAT etc.).
- Perform linear and nonlinear structural analysis, including contact, large deformation, and material nonlinearity studies.
- Execute fatigue life assessment and spot weld fatigue analysis for assemblies

Other Requirements:

- Working in shifts, if required
- Positive track record

Note for Contract Position: ARAI Contract for 01-year, Contract will be extended but it depends upon candidate performance.
