We are looking for the following position for our Automotive Electronics Department (HTC-AED) Department

Designation: Project-Specific Research Engineer (Embedded) No. 01 (ARAI Contract)

Location – HTC-AED Chakan

- Full time bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related disciplines.
- First Class or CGPA 8.0 and above from a recognized university.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in embedded systems and automotive electronics.

Candidate poses necessary skills and experience should apply for the position.

Candidates should possess necessary skill sets mentioned in below description.

Competencies/Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Embedded C/C++ programming.
- Experience with ARM, NXP, or similar microcontrollers.
- Good understanding of RTOS and embedded system design.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, I²C, USB, RS232, and RS485.
- Experience in firmware development, device driver development, debugging, and testing.




- Familiarity with Python and/or LabVIEW will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and multithreaded embedded applications is desirable.

Description of Duties:

- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for embedded systems based on project requirements and specifications.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code in languages like C, C++, LabVIEW, Embedded C for embedded solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate and interface software with real-time operating systems (RTOS) for seamless functionality.
- Create and maintain device drivers to facilitate communication embedded hardware components and software layer.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and robustness of system

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

- Exposure to automotive and EV-related standards such as ISO 15118, DIN 70121, IS 17017, OCPP, SAE J3105, and ISO 26262 will be an added advantage.

Note for Contract Position: ARAI Contract for 01-year, Contract will be extended but it depends upon candidate performance.
