Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Rental / Leasing skilled with strong expertise in property sourcing, client handling and transaction closures. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the complete rental/leasing sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify suitable properties for clients.

Generate and manage rental/leasing leads.

Handle clients and understand their property requirements.

Coordinate and conduct property/site visits.

Negotiate rental/leasing terms with clients and property owners.

Manage follow-ups throughout the transaction process.

Drive negotiations towards successful closures.

Maintain property listings,



client records and sales pipelines.

Required Skills

2+ years of real estate experience.

Strong experience in rental/leasing transactions.

Good property sourcing and market knowledge.

Excellent client-handling and relationship-management skills.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience coordinating property/site visits.

Strong closure and target-oriented approach.

Self-motivated and proactive.
