About the RoleHacktiger Labs is looking for a Remote Sales Closer who can take ownership of the sales process — from identifying potential customers and generating leads to conducting sales conversations and closing deals.

This is a performance-based opportunity with commission paid on successful deals. It is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, comfortable with outreach, and motivated by earning based on results.

Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential leads
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Present and pitch Hacktiger Labs' services
- Schedule and conduct sales calls
- Follow up with prospects consistently
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Build and maintain solid client relationships

Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Previous sales, business development,



or closing experience is preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold messaging, and outreach
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Results-driven mindset
- Ability to generate leads as well as close them

CompensationCommission-based only.

There is no fixed salary for this role. Earnings will be directly tied to successful sales and closed deals.
