Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Jaipur.

The Relationship

Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining product features and benefits, handling queries,



and ensuring a positive service experience. The role also involves achieving sales and business development targets, coordinating with internal teams for policy processing, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

The Relationship

Officer will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting the company’s growth objectives in the region.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, with strong Business Relationship Management skills.
- Knowledge of Finance and insurance products, with the capacity to understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high-quality service experience.
- Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet or exceed assigned business targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong interpersonal skills and ethical conduct.
