Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and project stakeholders, generate qualified project leads and support the sales team in converting these opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and industry professionals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, specifications and applications to professional partners.
- Share approved product catalogues, samples and marketing materials.
- Identify upcoming projects through market visits, networking and professional relationships.
- Understand project requirements and generate qualified leads for the sales/technical team.
- Coordinate with field and showroom sales teams to support lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Attend exhibitions, industry events and product launches when required.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects and competitor activity and share relevant information with management.
- Maintain an updated database of contacts, meetings, leads and follow-ups.




- Regularly follow up and nurture relationships with architects, designers and other key contacts.
- Prepare periodic reports on meetings, leads and business opportunities.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in relationship management, B2B sales, business development or a similar role.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders or construction/architectural product companies will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate and nurture business leads.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/database management.
- Comfortable with local travel and field meetings.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, subject to business and travel requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
