Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Varanasi.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors, understanding their business needs, and helping them leverage Wealthy’s platform to grow their AUM. Day-to-day work includes onboarding new MFDs, providing product demonstrations, offering ongoing support and training, and resolving operational queries. The role also involves regular client meetings, tracking performance metrics, gathering feedback to improve services,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant solutions while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance.

Qualifications

- Ability to build and manage client relationships, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, mutual funds, or related areas is highly beneficial.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the capacity to explain digital products and investment concepts clearly.
- Comfort with technology platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues with ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Fluency in English and local/regional languages will be an advantage.
