We're hiring at Theia Estate. Jaipur.

We're looking for one person to sit at the centre of our seller and partner conversations — a Relationship Manager who spends most of the day on the phone, and the rest keeping the desk in order.

What the job actually is

You'll call landowners who have reached out to us, channel partners who bring us inventory, and buyers evaluating a parcel. You'll listen more than you pitch. Most of these are people making one of the largest decisions of their financial life, and they can tell within thirty seconds whether you understand what they're going through.

Between calls, you'll keep the tracker current, chase the documents a deal is waiting on, coordinate site visits, and make sure nothing sits in someone's inbox for three days.

Who we're looking for

Someone in their first two years of work, or just out of college.



We are not looking for real estate experience — we'll teach you that. We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, speaks Hindi and English fluently, writes a transparent follow-up message, and is honest when they don't know the answer.

If you are organised by instinct — the kind of person who keeps a list and actually looks at it — that matters more here than a polished CV.
