Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dadri for a Relationship Manager – Inside Sales. The individual in this role will manage customer relationships, engage in proactive client outreach, and handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.

Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable training programs,



and guiding them through the enrollment process.

The Relationship

Manager will also work on maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with teams to meet business targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closure of sales.
- Solid Communication and Interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to identify client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Systems for managing client data and following up on leads effectively.
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in the education, training, or professional development industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
