Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager – Dealing

Department: Equity Dealing

Reporting To: Branch Manager (Functional & Administrative)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Purpose To drive revenue growth for the organization by executing trades, providing effective advisory services, and building solid client relationships. The role involves managing client portfolios,

increasing trading activity, and expanding the client base while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Dealing & Execution

● Execute buy/sell orders accurately on behalf of clients across NSE/BSE terminals

● Ensure timely and error-free order punching

● Monitor client exposure limits and margin requirements

● Maintain high trading volumes and frequency of trades

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

● Provide informed investment advice based on market research and trends

● Recommend suitable strategies aligned with client risk profiles

● Address client queries related to markets and investments

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Business Development





● Acquire new clients and expand the existing client base

● Maintain high activation ratio and increase the number of active traders

● Promote research calls to enhance client engagement and trading activity

Wealth & Product Distribution

● Drive revenue through cross-selling financial products such as:

○ Mutual Funds (MF)

○ Portfolio Management Services (PMS)

○ Insurance

○ Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs, etc.

Compliance & Risk Management

● Ensure all transactions and activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines

● Adhere to risk management protocols and company policies

Job Specifications

● Graduate from a recognized university

● Minimum 1+ year experience in equity broking/dealing

● NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification – mandatory

● Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products

● Good communication skills (verbal & written)

● Proficiency in English and local language

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Trading Platforms)
