About the Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and manage relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and secure permissions for on-site monetization activities such as brand activations, events, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with RWA committees and secure permissions for in office activities.
- Manage society leads and drive high conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society decision-makers.
- Ensure permissions are secured within defined TAT.
- Follow up consistently and minimize the Not Contactable (NC) rate.




- Ensure accurate permissions and documentation to avoid execution issues.
- Maintain updated lead and activity records in the CRM.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development.
- Fluent in English & Hindi ; one regional language is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong follow-up and conversion mindset.
- Resilient, proactive, and detail-oriented.
