Role Description The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to individuals receiving treatment for colorectal and lifestyle-related conditions, including constipation, piles, and hernia. This full-time, on-site role is based at Healing Hands Clinic in Pune City and involves assessing patient health status, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The nurse will educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care, while promoting a safe, hygienic, and respectful clinical environment.





Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, supporting pre- and post-operative care, and adhering to all clinical protocols and quality standards. The role also requires participation in continuous improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and recognized nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound care, and pre/post-operative nursing.
- Knowledge of colorectal and gastrointestinal conditions, or strong willingness to develop expertise in constipation, piles, hernia, and lifestyle disease management.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and uphold infection prevention and safety standards.
- Experience in hospital or specialty clinic settings is preferred; prior work in surgical or GI/colorectal care is an advantage.
- Comfort working full-time in an on-site, fast-paced clinical environment and providing compassionate, non-judgmental patient care.
- Basic computer skills for using electronic health records and clinical documentation systems.
