Job Responsibilities - The role holder will be responsible for defining, designing and implementing a creative visual merchandising strategy for the apparels team, for all stores in his / her region.

He / she will be working closely with the HO Team for creating appealing visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.

Responsibilities will include executing signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays for existing products and new launches as per shared guidelines. Change displays to promote current product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes as per shared guidelines and share all reports on wooqer. Has to ensure that all activities are executed in alignment with the organizations culture, products, image and target market.

Will also be responsible to oversee the production and train and groom team members. Monitor costs and work within budget. Role will entail travel to stores in his / her region. Prepare, analyze and present various reports. Role will entail travel to stores PAN India locations.
