BlueStone is looking for a passionate and driven Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and support capability building across our retail stores.

? Experience

1–2 years

? Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sales, product, and behavioural training for retail teams.

Drive new-joiner onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.

Identify training gaps and implement effective development plans.

Enhance sales capability, customer experience, and retail excellence.

Conduct regular store visits, training interventions, and follow-ups.

Partner with store and business leadership teams to improve team performance.

Track training effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights.

Support capability building, coaching, and continuous development of retail teams.

Travel extensively across the assigned region to conduct training interventions.

? What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in Training & Development, Retail Training, Sales Training, or a similar role.

Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for people development, coaching, and capability building.

Ability to effectively engage, train, and influence retail teams.





Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.

Experience in Retail / Jewellery / Fashion / Luxury will be an added advantage.

? Regional Language Requirement For South and West locations, knowledge of the relevant local language is mandatory.

Ahmedabad – Gujarati

Goa – Konkani / Marathi

Lucknow – Hindi
