Role Description The Regional Sales Manager Trailer is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales of trailer and truck body solutions within the assigned region. This position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with fleet operators, OEMs, and channel partners, and achieving regional sales and revenue targets.

The role includes conducting market analysis, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with design and production teams to align offerings with client requirements.

The Regional Sales

Manager will prepare and negotiate proposals,



oversee pricing and margins, and ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction. Regular site visits, product demonstrations, and participation in industry events are expected to strengthen brand presence and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

- Proven regional sales experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, trailers, or engineering products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Robust skills in business development, customer relationship management, and key account handling, particularly with fleet operators and OEMs.
- Solid understanding of fabrication, truck/trailer body construction, or heavy equipment components; ability to interpret technical specifications and explain product value.
- Competence in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management, supported by effective use of CRM and standard office software tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and service teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work on-site with customers and partners.
- Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards and familiarity with industrial sectors such as construction, mining, cement, and power is beneficial.
