Responsibilities

Strong working knowledge of heat transfer principles, electrical loading (wattage/voltage/current), materials and certifications relevant to industrial heaters and sensors

Ability to engage credibly with customers' senior design and engineering teams on complex, custom-engineered requirements

Comfortable evaluating technical trade-offs and guiding customers toward the right solution, in partnership with the internal design team

Demonstrated ability to independently own and grow a region's revenue, with a strong track record against targets

Advanced negotiation skills, with experience closing large, complex, or multi-stakeholder deals

Strong commercial acumen — pricing strategy, margin management, credit and receivables discipline

Strategic account planning and the ability to prioritise effort across a large and diverse account base





High degree of ownership and self-direction; comfortable operating with autonomy and minimal day-to-day supervision

Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with senior customer stakeholders

Ability to direct, coach and review the performance of Sales Engineers where assigned, as well as the self-sufficiency to personally run a region without a team where required

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Resilience and composure under pressure, with sound judgement in high-stakes negotiations

Willingness for extensive travel across the region, including multi-day outstation trips
