Role Summary The Regional Manager – B2B Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding partner networks, and managing a team of field sales executives across the assigned region. The role focuses on acquiring and managing dental clinics, orthodontists, and institutional partners for Smile Aligner solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Growth

- Own and achieve regional revenue targets for the smile aligner business.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
- Identify high-potential markets and build expansion plans.
- Drive new clinic onboarding and repeat business.

2. Channel & Partner Management

- Acquire and manage dental clinics, orthodontists, and dental chains.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in dentistry.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions,



and onboarding workshops.
- Ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and upselling.

3. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and lead a team of Area Sales Managers/Sales Executives.
- Set monthly KPIs and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct field visits and joint sales calls.
- Drive performance reviews and coaching sessions.

4. Market Development

- Analyse regional competition and pricing strategies.
- Collect market intelligence and provide insights to leadership.
- Plan regional marketing activities, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns.

5. Operational Excellence

- Ensure timely order processing and partner activation.
- Monitor collections and payment cycles.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly sales pipelines.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience; healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- 2–3+ years of team-management experience.
- Experience selling to doctors, clinics, or hospitals is highly preferred.
