Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Hunter, Builder, and Operator to own the end-to-end supply network and operational readiness in the assigned territory. This is an aggressive, field-first leadership role—not a desk-bound vendor management position. You will own network availability, partner acquisition, SLA fulfilment, quality, and cost across a 24x7 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Territory Ownership: Own 100% supply availability, order acceptance, and SLA fulfilment across all assigned pin codes.
- Network Acquisition & Expansion: Personally identify, negotiate, and onboard aggregators, mechanics, towing partners, and specialized workshops.
- 24x7 Operations: Ensure uninterrupted supply availability (nights, weekends, peak demand, and emergencies).
- Field Execution:



Spend majority time on the ground performing market mapping, quality audits, SOP enforcement, and contingency problem-solving.
- Data & Cost Management: Track daily dashboards to identify supply gaps, optimize payout economics, and drive data-backed field actions.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 5–10 years total experience in Ground Operations, Field Ops, Mobility, Logistics, Last-Mile, or Aggregator Management (min. 3–5 years in field leadership).
- Execution Mindset: Proven track record of building supply networks from scratch with a "getting work done" attitude.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively anytime and anywhere within the territory.
- Tech-First & SLA Driven: Ability to translate operational dashboards into direct field interventions.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English and the local regional language.
