Job Summary

Location: Kolkata. Experience: 7-12 Years. Function: Enterprise Sales. Reporting To: Regional Head - Eas.

Role: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across Eastern India, including large organizations such as ITC, Bandhan Bank, SAIL, JSW and similar enterprises. The candidate will be responsible for new business development, strategic account management and selling enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads and Procurement teams.
- Identify new business, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Develop and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Work with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions
- Manage RFP/RFQ opportunities and commercial negotiations.
- Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets





Preferred Experience

- 7-12 years of B2B Enterprise IT / Telecom / ISP / System Integration sales experience.
- Proven experience handling large enterprise accounts
- Experience in selling Enterprise Connectivity, Networking, SD-WAN, Managed Services, Cloud, Data Centre or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong C-level relationship and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with large corporates / BFSI / manufacturing / industrial customers preferred.
- MBA/PGDM is an advantage. Ideal Candidate
