: HR Associate- West

We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to join our team in the consumer products division. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and attract talent through job portals, consultants, and field manager networks.
- Manage and support business partnering initiaves region wise.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and in alignment with business needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective Business Units (BU).
- Facilitate smooth interview processes and negotiate salaries to remain competitive as per industry standards.
- Send through details for verification of necessary documents from selected candidates.
- Collaborate with process and operations teams to complete onboarding formalities.
- Introduce new employees to HR policies, leave structures, and organizational terms.




- Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Collaborate with BUs to oversee periodic performance evaluations and provide feedback mechanisms.
- Schedule promotion interviews for field employees.
- Collect managers' internal evaluation sheets and HR evaluation sheets.

Qualifications:
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
