Job Summary

Location: Odisha. Experience: 6-10 Years. Function: Government Enterprise Sales. Reporting To: Regional Head - East. Role We are looking for an experienced Government Strategic Accounts Manager to develop business across Odisha, covering Government/PSU customers and major strategic enterprises such as OCAC, Government of Odisha, Tata Power, ArcelorMittal, Tata Steel KPO and similar organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage Government, PSU and strategic enterprise accounts across Odisha.
- Identify and pursue government tenders, RFPs, RFQs and large enterprise opportunities
- Build strong relationships with government officials, CIOs, IT Heads and procurement teams.
- Drive new business, account growth, cross-selling and up-selling
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical and commercial teams for solution proposals and tenders
- Manage opportunities from qualification through negotiation and closure
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue/profitability targets

Requirements





- 6-10 years of B2B IT / Telecom / ISP / System Integration / Government sales experience.
- Strong experience in Government/PSU and enterprise sales in Odisha
- Experience with government tenders, RFP/RFQ and procurement processes preferred
- Experience selling Connectivity, Networking, SD-WAN, Managed Services, Cloud, Data Centre or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Existing relationships within Government/PSU/large enterprise ecosystem will be a robust advantage
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
- MBA/PGDM is an advantage
