Role Description The Reels Editor Intern will work full time on-site at Apnaaapan’s Jaipur office, contributing to the creation and optimization of short-form video content for social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include editing reels using video editing software, adding transitions, music, captions, and effects, and aligning content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The intern will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm reel concepts, adapt raw footage into engaging clips, and ensure timely delivery of content. The role also involves staying up to date with social media trends, experimenting with new formats,



and monitoring performance to suggest improvements. This position offers hands-on experience in digital content production and the opportunity to contribute ideas in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong familiarity with Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms, including current trends and best practices.
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar applications).
- Ability to craft engaging visual stories, with a good sense of timing, pacing, and aesthetics.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media content creation, and brand communication.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Robust attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple editing tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant coursework or projects in media, film, communication, design, or marketing are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt to evolving tools, formats, and platform requirements.
