Company Description The Indaco Jeans Factory (TIJF) is a “Design to Delivery” denim manufacturing company based in Maharashtra, India, with a strategically located facility about two hours by road from Mumbai airport. TIJF has an annual capacity of 3 million denim garments and operates a vertically integrated facility with dedicated R&D;, design, sampling, cutting, embroidery, stitching, laser, handwork, washing, finishing, printing, and transport areas.
This integrated setup enables rapid, reliable service to customers without dependence on external suppliers. Role Description The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes for a wide range of roles within the factory, ensuring timely and high-quality staffing. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating and conducting interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements.
The role involves maintaining talent pipelines, managing interview logistics, supporting onboarding activities,
and collaborating with HR to ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to company policies.
The Recruitment
Specialist will also contribute to training initiatives related to recruitment best practices and support reporting on recruitment metrics and workforce planning. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate fit for diverse factory and corporate roles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and engage candidates.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help integrate new hires and promote best practices in recruitment.
- Experience in manufacturing or apparel/garment industry recruitment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic HR compliance requirements is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
