We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our Overseas Recruitment team.

Position: Recruitment Executive

Experience: 3+ Years in Overseas Recruitment

Location: Churchgate, Nariman Point

Job Requirements

Candidates with experience in Europe /Middle East visa processes (such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.) preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience handling visa

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in overseas recruitment.
- Positive experience in candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Strong coordination skills with senior management and recruitment teams
- Experience in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.




- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist candidates for overseas job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews with clients, candidates, and agents.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with senior recruiters and management on ongoing requirements.
- Assist in organizing client interviews and recruitment drives.
- Ensure timely documentation and candidate mobilization processes
