Aurafest Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its HR Sourcing & Recruitment business and is looking for an energetic, experienced Multi-Industry Recruiter who can independently manage recruitment assignments across diverse sectors.

You will handle requirements across IT, FMCG, Manufacturing and other industries, managing the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up and joining.

- Understand client requirements & candidate specifications.
- Independently manage recruitment mandates from sourcing through joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, social media and professional networks.
- Handle positions across multiple levels, functions and industries.
- Screen, assess and shortlist candidates for client submission.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, compensation discussions and joining follow-up.
- Build & maintain candidate databases and specialized talent pools.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly reports.
- Work closely with the business development/client servicing team.
- Drive recruitment delivery, closures, joining and revenue targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Experience in 2 or more sectors preferred:

IT/ITES | FMCG | Manufacturing | Engineering | Auto/Auto Components | Retail | Logistics/Supply Chain | BFSI | Telecom | Healthcare | Corporate/Support Functions

✓ 3–6 years of recruitment experience.

✓ Agency recruitment / consultancy experience preferred.

✓ Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

✓ Multi-industry recruitment exposure

✓ Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment databases.

✓ Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.

✓ Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.

✓ Target-oriented with strong focus on closures.

✓ Self-driven, organized and capable of working independently.

✓ Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA is an advantage.
