Role Description This is a full-time remote Talent Acquisition role focused on target-based hiring, ideally with experience from a consultancy or agency setting.

The Talent

Acquisition professional will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.



The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment reports, meeting agreed hiring targets and deadlines, and collaborating with internal teams to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to meeting hiring goals and delivering a positive candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Knowledge of Employer Branding practices to support talent attraction and promote client organizations.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, professional networking platforms, and job boards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Background in consultancy or agency recruitment and experience working with target-based performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
