Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Recruiter working in a target-based consultancy environment. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers and databases, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. The role also involves meeting placement targets, preparing recruitment reports, collaborating with internal team members,



and aligning hiring strategies with client expectations. The Recruiter will be expected to work independently, manage multiple mandates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in client communication, requirement gathering, and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess skills in negotiation, offer management, and closing positions within defined timelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, target orientation, and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote consultancy setup.
- Prior experience in agency or consultancy recruitment, preferably in target-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of digital recruitment channels, social media sourcing, and basic understanding of marketing-led hiring is an advantage.
