Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple locations.

- Understand manpower requirements and deliver candidates within defined TAT and hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and location preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and onboarding within timelines.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, joining ratio, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.




- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, HR teams, vendors, and staffing partners.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets while maintaining quality and compliance.
