Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing part-time and full time candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline, managing job postings, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to understand staffing needs, support workforce planning, and provide regular hiring reports and updates.



The role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Comfort with using ATS or recruitment management tools, job boards, and skilled networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, compliance, and fair, non-discriminatory hiring standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Interest in the service and technology sector and willingness to learn about technical roles and skills relevant to the company’s projects.
