Role Description This is a full time, remote Recruiter role that is commission-based. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Daily tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, updating candidate records in the ATS, and providing regular status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. The Recruiter will use simpatico HR’s AI-driven tools to identify qualified talent, improve outreach efficiency,



and support data-informed hiring decisions. The role also involves nurturing candidate relationships, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms, ATS systems, and HR automation tools; ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in commission-based or performance-driven roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
- Prior experience in agency recruiting, tech recruiting, or enterprise client environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
