About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring the successful placement of top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of various employment markets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities





- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide market insights and salary recommendations to clients and candidates.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote our brand and expand our talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
