About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to support both recruitment delivery and business development initiatives within our North American operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing talent, researching markets, and driving outbound growth efforts. You will play a key role in building and maintaining candidate pipelines, supporting client outreach, and ensuring seamless recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong organizational mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, lead generation, or sales support. Strong proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and internet research is essential. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required to effectively engage with candidates and clients.



The candidate must be highly organized with keen attention to detail and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Experience with CRM or ATS platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. A background in healthcare recruitment or staffing, exposure to North American clients, and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Bullhorn will be advantageous.

Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and online databases to source healthcare and professional candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across healthcare and related services.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and updating ATS systems.

Sales & Business Development Support

- Research healthcare organizations, clinics, and decision-makers across Canada and the U.S.
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn and online research tools.
- Assist in outbound campaigns and follow-up initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
- Support market mapping and competitive research efforts to identify growth opportunities.

CRM & Operations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce and internal systems.
- Track outreach activities, candidate pipelines,



and recruitment metrics.
- Support reporting and recruitment coordination to ensure efficiency and transparency.

Additional responsibilities include supporting team collaboration, participating in strategy sessions, and continuously improving sourcing and outreach techniques to enhance overall performance.
