Job Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.

Manage soft collection activities for Home Loans (HL), LAP and other secured lending products.

Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending payments.

Understand customer concerns and provide suitable payment solutions.

Ensure timely collection and reduce portfolio overdue.

Maintain accurate collection records and follow company processes.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 6 months 1 year in Collections / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.





Experience in secured lending collections will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.

Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
