Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

- Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads

- Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed)

- Source candidates through databases, job boards, and networking

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

- Conduct reference and background checks

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations

- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines

- Good decision-making and organizational skills
