PositionReceptionist & Telecaller / Lead Generation ExecutiveJob Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office

- Welcome and greet visitors, clients and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department/person.
- Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and basic office communication.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Telecalling & Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Identify prospective clients for IT Infrastructure & Technology Solutions.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain and regularly update the lead/customer database.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of calls, leads and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Reception, Telecalling, Telesales or Lead Generation preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Email and Internet.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in an IT company / B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
