Raya Aesthetics is looking for a smart, well-spoken and customer-focused Receptionist & CRM Executive to manage front-desk operations, patient communication and CRM activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and CRM data while ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reception/front-desk operations and patient appointments
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads
- Enter and update patient/lead information in the CRM
- Follow up with new and existing leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain accurate patient and lead records
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding appointments
- Track lead status, follow-ups and conversions in CRM
- Handle patient queries professionally and politely
- Maintain daily reports of leads, appointments and follow-ups
- Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for every patient

Requirements
- Qualification:



Graduate preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in reception, CRM, telecalling, sales or healthcare/aesthetic clinic preferred
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp and MS Office/Google Sheets
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Presentable, polite and professional personality
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, healthcare or beauty industry will be an advantage

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Someone who is confident on calls, good at handling customers, organized with CRM follow-ups, and capable of converting enquiries into appointments.
