Jaipur Urban Properties is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Associates to join our growing sales team.

As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, arranging site visits, explaining property/project details, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers.
- Understand clients' budget and property requirements.
- Explain residential and commercial property options.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain basic records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Jaipur's real estate market is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
