About the Company

AGF Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a growing real estate company engaged in premium plot and farmhouse villa projects across various locations. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Real Estate Sales Professional to join our sales team and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sales activities for residential plots, farmhouse projects, and villas.
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales, references, networking, and market connections.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, investors, brokers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client and channel partner network.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Project Locations Our projects are located across Dholera, Kalagarh, and other upcoming locations.

Note: The candidate will be based at our Noida Sector 135 office and may be required to travel to project locations as per business requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience in plot sales, farmhouse projects, villas, or real estate investment products will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Good network among brokers, channel partners, investors, and real estate consultants will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Candidates with strong knowledge of the Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market will be preferred.
