Real Estate Sales Executive – Hiring Company: Delcon Homes Pvt. Ltd. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing Team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, generating leads, and assisting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and property-related queries - Explain project features, pricing, location and investment benefits - Follow up with potential customers through calls and meetings - Generate and manage sales leads - Arrange and assist in site visits - Maintain regular communication with clients - Achieve monthly sales targets - Build long-term relationships with customers Requirements:





- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Sales-oriented and target-driven approach - Basic knowledge of Hindi; English is an advantage - Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply - Candidates should be comfortable with calling and customer interaction What We Offer:
