Role & responsibilities

- Design, maintain and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Oracle applications based on Organizational structure.
- Analyze business and security requirements to develop role hierarchies.
- Create, assign, and manage user custom roles and privileges across modules.
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure alignment with security regulations.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits and cleanup as required.
- Regular reporting on the access reviews with business/management team and get approvals to continue/remove/cleanup.
- Troubleshoot user access issues and resolve role conflicts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement secure access models.
- Keeping up with the latest updates, features, and best practices in Oracle Fusion.
- Configuring role provisioning rules and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Manage user access within Oracle Fusion.
- Perform periodic access reviews and role rationalization.
- Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Document roles, permissions, and security configurations (RBAC Matrix).
- Managing and control Oracle BI Reports security and updates.

Required Skills

- Deep understanding of Oracle security architecture and role/profile design.
- Robust experience to assign and manage job roles, user access, abstract roles,



and security privileges /profiles, configuring automatic and manual role assignments, Defining access control for specific data sets in Oracle Fusion.
- Experience with RBAC configuration and governance.
- Good understanding of core modules in Oracle Fusion like Financials, HCM, SCM, CRM, CPQ, MFG etc. and their security structures.
- Familiarity with identity management and access control tools and preferably Oracle Fusion related, or any 3rd party tools integrated with Oracle Fusion.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English language.
- Reporting, dashboard preparation and presentation skills to business and management.
- Awareness of regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX).
- Experience with Saudi Arabia and Egypt regulations and customers.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Oracle BI Publisher & OTBI: Creating reports on user access and security
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Solid understanding of RBAC concepts (Job Roles, Duty Roles, Privileges)

Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Good knowledge in Oracle Report & Analytics tools (Oracle BI Report)
