We're looking for a highly motivated Events & Partnerships Intern who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, building qualified relationships, and managing impactful events.

This role will focus on planning and executing events, including webinars, workshops, industry sessions, networking events, and other strategic initiatives. You will also help identify and build partnerships with relevant organisations, communities, speakers, and industry professionals.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of events and initiatives while contributing to Rabbitt AI's growth and brand-building efforts.

- Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, webinars, networking sessions,



and other company initiatives.
- Support end-to-end event management, from ideation and planning to execution and post-event analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, speakers, vendors, and attendees to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Research potential event opportunities, partnerships, communities, and collaborations that align with Rabbitt AI's goals.
- Help identify and build relationships with potential partners, industry professionals, communities, and organisations.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, schedules, registrations, and other operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for event promotions, creatives, invitations, and communication materials.
- Assist with outreach and communication for potential speakers, partners, collaborators, and attendees.
- Track event performance, attendee engagement, leads, and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support brainstorming and the execution of new event and partnership initiatives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their timely and successful execution.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business,



Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in event management, partnerships, community building, and business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in event management, college societies, startups, marketing, or business development is a plus.
- A willingness to learn, take ownership, and bring new ideas to the table.
