Role Description: The Radio Frequency Engineer will work on-site in Erode in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design, development, and optimization of RF circuits and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing RF and analog circuits, performing simulations, building prototypes, and conducting validation and performance testing.

The role involves regular use of measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers to characterize RF components and troubleshoot issues. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF designs into larger systems, document test results and design decisions, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.



Continuous improvement of designs, participation in design reviews, and support for manufacturing and field teams are also key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong RF Design and RF Circuits skills, including experience with RF system architecture and component-level design.
- Proficiency in Circuit Design principles, including analog and high-frequency PCB layout and simulation tools.
- Hands-on experience using Network Analyzer and Spectrum Analyzer for RF measurements, characterization, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related field.
- Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, impedance matching, and signal integrity.
- Ability to interpret datasheets, schematics, and technical documentation, and to prepare clear design and test reports.
- Comfort working in a lab environment, with attention to safety protocols and systematic experimental methods.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Experience with RF simulation and design software (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST, or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in RF product development, wireless communication systems, or related industrial projects is beneficial.
