The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across both advertising platforms:

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Blinkit, Zepto & Swiggy Instamart
- Manage Amazon Seller Central & marketplace growth
- Plan and optimize Meta Ads for shopify website (D2C)
- Manage platform ads, promotions, visibility & campaigns
- Track sales, ROAS, CAC, conversions & profitability
- Monitor inventory, availability & OOS
- Analyze performance and identify growth opportunities
- Research competitors, trends and new growth opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations & Supply Chain

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Q-Commerce,



E-Commerce or Digital Marketing

✔ Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto or Swiggy Instamart — Must-have

✔ Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Marketplace

✔ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads

✔ Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Online Sales

✔ Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

✔ A hands-on, proactive person who is comfortable taking ownership
